sad_gull just doesn't work:

just download part 1 again an d retry again

yes and every thing is working fine and no problems from other users man maybe you copied the password wrong try this as it is sad_gull try to copy it from S to L without any blanks

Still the same error - I tried both sad_gull and SaD_Gull and even ran it through a password recovery tool. Sorry man, i give up. Thanks for being so patient
